About Makadi Safaris

Diethelm and Katja Metzger have been running Makadi Safaris since 1996. Diethelm grew up on the farm Otjisauona in the central parts of Namibia and has been hunting all his life. He studied Agricultural Economics at the University of Pretoria and finished with a Maters Degree from Texas A & M University, USA. Katja studied Nature Conservation at the Technikon of Pretoria and it is here that they met. She manages the household and will also serve a wide variety of delicious venison dishes.
